Life is like a Video Game

Just stop at the level you like.

Compare every perceived obstacle to the obstacles you overcome in video games. Each time you defeat the obstacle, you go to the next level. At each new level you are faced with new obstacles and each level you complete you gain more (more points, more money, more power, etc.). Each obstacle you overpower, becomes an addition to your power.

In life, I’ve faced some obstacles for sure. Grief has been an obstacle, which led to a plethora of other obstacles, like depression, mental anguish, health concerns and our lists can go on and on. These perceived obstacles can remain or you can be an active participant in overpowering them. The more we over power the perceived obstacle, the more we connect to our personal power. You become more and more in tune with yourself. Each obstacle can present itself often, and in different people, places or things until you decide to “play”. And when you decide to play….you will win. You can never lose. You can decide to stay that the “level” you like, but you can never lose.

🤍Just a few Tools to Overpower the obstacles and move to the level you like:

• I know you’re familiar with manifesting, praying, petitioning, affirming! Familiar with speaking over your life with positivity. I learned how important it is to use your words properly because words are POWER!

• Journal ~ It May sounds simple and maybe even a bit insignificant to think that journaling could be a tool to overpower an obstacle, but IT IS ONE OF THE MOST POWERFUL TOOLS. Journaling for a minimum of 3 minutes as soon as you rise releases your sacred thoughts that have accumulated and makes space for the here and now. It literally reveals specific memories/shadows that have shown up as blockages in our lives. Journaling is the first step in connecting with your roots, with your foundation and with stability. I encourage you to try it for 30 days.

• Check in with your environment ~ this tool is effective to ease anxiety. Stop whatever you’re doing and connect visually with 3 things (ex. A tree, a vehicle, a shoe, a piece of furniture); connecting to three things that are real and in the hear and now will ground you. Then connect with your breath, inhale 1.2.3….slowly exhale 1.2.3.
